Process
A landing page is roughly 2–3 weeks. A full brand site is 6–8 weeks. Design systems depend on scope but usually start at 12 weeks. I share a dated plan before we begin, and I protect the timeline by agreeing on feedback windows upfront.
A 60-minute kickoff call, access to anything existing (brand files, analytics, current site), and a decision-maker who can approve work within two business days. That is genuinely it — I can help you write the brief.
Happily. If the guidelines are thin in digital — which is common — I will extend them into a web-appropriate type scale, colour tokens and component rules, and document what I added.
A shared Slack channel or Notion board, plus a weekly 30-minute call. Async by default, so timezone differences have never been a problem.
Delivery
Both. I build in Webflow or Laravel depending on what your team can maintain. If you have an in-house developer, I hand off with documented components and stay available for questions.
Billing
50% to reserve the dates, 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. I invoice in USD or EUR and accept bank transfer, Wise or card.
Yes, particularly landing pages and identity refreshes. If the budget is below the Essential package I will usually point you to a template I trust rather than take the work.
Support
Every project includes a support window (14 to 30 days) for fixes. After that, most clients move to a light monthly retainer or book ad-hoc hours.
